You can request a full refund of unused credits within 30 days of purchase. If you used a portion of the credits, we’ll refund the unused portion pro‑rata. Promotional or bonus credits (e.g., first‑purchase double credits) are not refundable.

To protect against abuse, we may decline refund requests in cases of repeated refunds or suspected misuse.
