30‑day money‑back guarantee

You can request a full refund of unused credits within 30 days of purchase. If you used a portion of the credits, we’ll refund the unused portion pro‑rata. Promotional or bonus credits (e.g., first‑purchase double credits) are not refundable.

How refunds work

  • Refunds apply to the most recent credit purchase on your account.
  • We process refunds to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
